The registration to any of our events implies the respect the following :
1. Payment
The payment must be done as soon as possible after having registerd to an event. The registration is considered as definitive only after we've received the payment
BelgiansOnTrack can cancel any order to an event if the aforementioned orders was not paid within 7 business day after the registration to the event.
2. Car
Excepted specifically mentioned, the events are dedicated to sports cars.
For instance, exceptions are: events dedicated to sporty oldtimers (OldBelgiansOnTrack), events without any restriction on vehicle's type (BelgiansOnEMATrack)
3. Pilot
It is mandatory that the registered pilots have a responsible and gentlemen driver attitude. To do so, we impose your comittement and your responsibility about the safety during our events, trough:
- signing for agreement the event's applicable regulation
- signing a liability discharge against the organizers (who are the BelgiansOnTrack and his team on site), as well as against the track representative.
- the participation of the pilots to the mandatory briefing before going on track
The documentation related to each event (regulation and liability discharge) will be available on time on the web-site as well as on site during the event's day.
4. Insurance
The involved vehicles will be covered by civil liability insurance. If not, the pilot himself will engage his own civil liability insurance. The organizers keep the right to ask evidence of shuch valid insurance during the events
5. Schedule of the day
The planning of the day is available in the event's description. Of course, driving on the track is strictly forbidden outside specified time
6. On track Signposting
The organizers and/or the track related stall are always watching the track and looking after the event's good-working. At anytime, the instructions given by mentioned people are the highest priority and must be strictly respected, on pain of being excluded.
7. Withdrawal - Cancellation
In case of withdrawal after having confirmed his registration, the money will be refunded only of some one on the waiting list is available to take the place made free, and that, as a consequence, the event will remain fully booked. The number of places available is a data provided on event's detailed information.
If, for some reason beyond our control, we would have to cancel the event, the participants will be refunded.
